WHAT HAPPENS IF I'M LATE?

We understand that there may be problems beyond your control that might lead to unexpected delay.
By providing details about your flight, ship or bus in your booking information, your driver can follow your trip and adjust your arrival time. After you arrive at the terminal, your 60 minutes of gratuity begins, in case that time runs out, it will be charged an extra hour related to the extra parking and waiting time of the Chauffeur.

THE PRICES MAY VARY DUE TO THE NUMBER OF LUGGAGE AND PASSANGERS?

The prices shown are always per vehicle and include all taxes and fees. The maximum number of passengers and bags which can fit in each vehicle is shown under each car category in our website.

WHATS IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?

Conventional car transfers: Cancellation up to 12h prior to service reservation will be charged full price.

Armored car reservations: Cancellation up to 24h prior to service reservation will be charged full price.

Attention: Be aware of time-zones for each Country / Estate.

WHAT IS THA PAYMENT METHOD AVAILABLE?

The payment can be made directly to your driver when boarding.

We accept all credit card flags.

DO YOU OFFER CORPORATE ACCOUNTS?

MAY I ASK FOR A SPECIFIC DRIVER?

Yes, when booking your service you may ask for your preferred driver and we will check the availability for the specific dates.

IS IT ALLOWED TO SMOKE IN THE VEHICLES?

Under absolutely no circumstance is it allowed to smoke in any of the vehicles.
